Our stunning 5 bed, 5 bath villa, 4040 sq feet (3001 heated), overlooks the lake from the pool area and master bedroom balcony, all completely screened; it is south facing, so it gets the sun all day long which is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after a long day at the parks. (A veranda offers shade for those who'd prefer!)

The 30' Pool is provided with a safety barrier that can be installed for your child's safety, as well as the exterior doors all alarmed. The property itself is fully alarmed.

Onsite there is a large community swimming pool, a cabana; children's tot lot play area and a Gazebo.  Boats, not-powered,  are allowed on the lake. Grab a cool drink from the poolside fridge, a chair, and walk about 10 feet behind the house and catch some Bass and Perch . We even provide the fishing rods.  Just remember to throw them back in.

A few minutes drive away there are numerous restaurants (including a McDonald's!), several 24hr supermarkets, a medical centre and, believe it or not, even a beauty saloon with tanning beds! Highway 192 and interstate I4 takes you to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE & WET & WILD in about 10/15 minutes. New local restaurants include Olive Garden, Carrabbas, Houlihans, Subway, Outback.....Local Shopping includes WalMart Supercenter, Publix. Target, Walgreens.
